Drinking Tea every day may improve the immune system. The Polyphenols in Tea have been shown to help increase the white blood cell count, which is responsible for fighting infection.

Research performed at Harvard University and the Bringham and Women’s Hospital indicates that drinking tea may help strengthen the immune system. Tea contains an amino acid, L-theanine that may help the immune system resist bacterial and viral infection.
